These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyWise website and its free online tools. By accessing or using DailyWise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

DailyWise provides a collection of free online utilities, including a document-to-Markdown converter, calculators and other tools. Most tools run locally in your browser; a few (such as news digests) fetch content from third-party sources and may reflect the availability of those sources.

Tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools lawfully and not to: (a) attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal use; (b) use the tools to process content you do not have the right to process; or (c) misuse the site in any way that could harm it or others.

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or discontinue access to the tools for anyone who violates these Terms.

Your files and data

For tools that process files locally in your browser, your files remain on your device; we do not receive, store or see them. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process and for backing up anything important before processing.

Where a tool does require a file to be handled by a server (if ever offered), the Privacy Policy describes how that data is treated.

Accuracy of results

Calculators and estimators (mortgage, tax, etc.) provide approximations for planning purposes only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Figures depend on the inputs you provide and on published rates that change over time; always verify important decisions with a qualified professional or official source.

Intellectual property

The DailyWise name, logo, design and original content are our property. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Third-party content (news articles, trademarks, brand names) belongs to its respective owners and is used for informational reference.

Advertising and links

The site may display advertising served by third parties (including Google AdSense) and may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites and do not endorse them unless stated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyWise and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question — which, for all current tools, is zero.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update or discontinue any tool at any time, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
